If you’ve got a sauce concept that would slap on wraps, loaded fries or bowls — this is where you pitch it.
The Sauce Lab is the Cartel’s R&D bunker. You tell us the idea, the flavour profile and the name. We test the best ones in the kitchen and, if they earn their place, they can hit the menu on trials or limited-time specials.
We’re especially looking for:
- Flavours that make sense on street-food (wraps, fries, wings, bowls).
- Sauces that work as both dip and drizzle.
- Names with proper Cartel energy — cities, crews, crime flicks, legends.
